How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 5 working days, unless otherwise stated in the item listing, for example for pre-orders.

How will my order be sent?

All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please allow 7 working days to receive orders.

All European and International orders will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked. (Please note, there may be a small chance that you will need to pay customs/duty fees. We are not liable for any fees to clear orders) Please allow 21 working days to receive orders

What is your returns / refund policy?

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 day after your purchase. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they arrived. If you have any issues with your order, such as defect or damage, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
