Candle Refill 220g

Refills for our Signature Candles (220g)  - Reuse your candle jars with our candle refills. Did you know that in most areas of the UK, candle jars cannot be recycled? Thats why we created our candle refills, so we can help reduce the number of candle jars ending up in landfills.

Not only is it a more cost effective way to enjoy your candles but it also offers better sustainability, with less waste and therefore less impact on the environment.

This refill has been specially made to fit our Elemay Candle Jars. Designed to replace your existing wax once it has burned down.

Made with 100% natural soy wax for a clean, slow burn.

Soy wax is water soluble, therefore cleaning your candle jar is very straightforward:

Candle Refill Guide

Once you’ve finished burning your current candle, clean out your jar by pouring hot water onto the wax. Once it cools, the disc of wax will rise to the surface. Take this out and discard in the bin.

You can also clean the vessel gently in soapy water.

Remove the old wick sticker and discard.

Do NOT put your jar in the dishwasher. 

Check your glass over to ensure it is crack free. Glass vessels can degrade over time with multiple uses so always check for imperfections before using. Remember to replace your glass jars regularly. 

Remove the packaging from your refill and pop it into your jar.  

Trim your wick to around 0.5cm and light. Burn for at least 1 hour, or until the top layer of wax has fully melted before blowing out. This ensures a better burn when you light your candle again.
